Where are you located?

We operate in Boston and Cape Cod. Our Cape Cod showroom is located at 3 Main St. Unit 4, Eastham MA. Our custom drapery workroom is located in Belmont MA but is not open to the public.

What are your business hours?

The Cape Cod showroom is open by appointment as we are so often meeting clients outside the showroom.

What services do you offer?

We offer a variety of products for sale. We sell custom fabricated shades, blinds, shutters, and wooden blinds. Our workroom creates custom fabricated drapery, roman shades, valances, bedding, pillows and cushions. All of our products are made to measure.

How much will my project cost?

Everything we produce is custom fabricated. Therefore, it’s impossible to give an “average” cost. However, we are happy to ballpark some numbers for you so that you know roughly what range of cost you are in. If it makes sense to proceed, then a consultation appointment should be scheduled.

Will you come to the home for a consultation appointment?

Yes, we will happily meet you in your home.

What does it cost for a consultation appointment?

Nothing. The consultation is complimentary. It is an opportunity for you to see what we have to offer and get to know our company.

What should I bring to an initial meeting?

If you have paint colors, fabrics, mood boards, or any other design related items for your rooms, it is helpful in selecting complimentary products.

What happens after the consultation appointment?

Based on what choices have been made, a detailed quote will be sent to you for review. We attempt to include all costs such as shipping and installation. We may revisit choices for a variety of reasons. Once all project variables have been addressed, we will have you sign a contract and provide a deposit.

What are the lead times to get products?

Lead times vary and are subject to change. In general, shades and blinds are in 3 weeks after the order is placed. Shutters are 9-10 weeks. Items created in our own custom workroom take 4-8 weeks depending on what’s already in the pipeline. We will give you a better estimate once the order is placed.

What warranties are available?

Our shading products typically come with a lifetime warranty. Motors are warrantied for 5 years. Our custom created items come with a 5 year warranty on mechanical parts. We can’t warranty wear and tear on fabrics but will work with you to ensure you select an appropriate fabric for the intended use.

What happens at installation?

On installation day, the installer and a representative from the company comes to your home with the order. We hang everything, make sure it’s operating, do the programming if necessary, and steam and dress all fabric products. You will pay the balance owed at the installation.

Do you service your products?

Yes. If you notice something not right with anything you purchase from us, we will come out to investigate the problem and come up with a solution. No need to phone a random 800 number-we will answer the call directly.
